- All Dutailier products are guaranteed for one year from the purchase date by the consumer.
- Our warranty is valid for normal household use.
- For any problems caused by a manufacturing defect, contact your dealer who will follow the necessary procedures to help you.
- For any replacement part, such as cushions, bearings, or for any claims, contact your dealer who will assist you.
- Please have your original invoice and/or the product number along with the serial number.
- The serial number contains between 11 to 30 digits and is placed either on the seat section of your glider or under the base.
Please note: Dealers may sell some of our non-current products at significantly reduced prices and the products may be “sold as is”. When purchasing such a product we may not be able to help you repair it or order replacement cushions. Before your purchase, please clarify these potential issues.
It is also important to know that if you decide to buy an ottoman a few months after the glider the aging of the finish and the normal use of the cushion could affect the colour of the fabric or the finish. It will then be more difficult to have a glider and ottoman that match. Under such conditions, we will not be able to guaranty the results. |
